BEGINNING JOURNEY CLASS
Journeying: A Gateway to the Unseen Worlds
(Beginning Journey Class)
Inspired and gifted to the world by Sandra Ingerman, MA
-
Is the universe nudging you to find out more about your essential self and your essence?
-
Do you feel at home in nature and surrounded by creation and creator as you know that universal force?
-
Are you interested in finding out more about Shamanism and learning simple spiritual practices that enhance your intuition and connection to yourself, source, and the web of life?
If any of these questions resonate, join us to learn more about Shamanism. We will explore the practice of journeying, a practice of direct revelation, and your connection to your guides, power animals, and compassionate helping spirits.
During these 5 weeks, we will plant a foundation on how to journey into the unseen realms to find your Spirit Helpers.
You will be guided step by step, but your experience will be your own. In direct revelation, it is your experience. For thousands of years, shamans have made that connection, and you can also.
Session 1: What is Shamanism? Journey to the Lower World
A broad view of Shamanism, the web of life, and an overview of the unseen realms where we will journey. Meet your power animal by going to the Lower World. The lower world may sound ominous, but it is not. It is the elemental world. The place of all the elements, water, earth, air, and fire. The world of nature: plants, trees, rocks, animals, and more. Discover your power animal who will walk with you on this earth walk.
Session: 2 The Upper World
Imagine you are climbing up, up, up through the clouds. The Upper World is the etheric world. There you will meet a teacher. Teachers can be historical or spiritual figures, or a teacher might be part of your ancestral history. Our teachers carry wisdom, knowledge, and clarity. They agree to work with us and be a helping, compassionate spirit in our journeys and our lives.
Session: 3: The Middle World
We will go on a journey to the middle world, right outside your door. You connect with the middle daily. But we will learn how the middle world speaks to us in many different ways. We will discuss ceremonies that build and enrich your connection to all the worlds.
Session 4: Divination/Healing Journeys
Journeys of divination are journeys where the shamanic practitioner journeys for another person with a question of concern to present to the universe. The practitioners work with their helping, compassionate spirits to receive information or more clarity on behalf of the client.
Session 5: Shamanic Perspective on Illness and the Web of Life
Shamanic perspective on illness and how illness “shows up” to be discussed. We will discuss ethics and have time for questions and answers about the building of a Journey practice. Journeying and the practice of direct revelation opens the door to new perspectives, new connections and empowers your spiritual journey and path on this earth walk.
